Ben Baxter

Before joining Weinstein Legal Team, Ben served as a prosecutor in both Brevard and Palm Beach Counties. In that role, he handled thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanor DUIs and domestic violence matters to serious felonies. He also received specialized training in complex charges like DUI manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident involving death or serious injury. That experience gave him insider knowledge of how the State investigates, charges, and prosecutes cases knowledge he now uses to protect his clients in court.

Since moving into private practice, Ben has built a reputation as a fierce trial lawyer and relentless advocate for the accused. He has taken more than 40 cases to trial, winning 36 of them a track record that speaks for itself. Whether the charge is DUI, drug possession, theft, violent crime, or another serious offense, Ben brings the same determination and skill to every case.
