After graduating law school, Jack worked as a Prosecutor for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York. He was assigned to the Major Narcotics Investigations Bureau and convened a multitude of grand juries for high-level prosecutions.
Jack has also served a term as Assistant Public Defender for the Public Defender’s Office here in Broward County. During that time, he nurtured a reputation of respect with the local judges and prosecutors, as well as cementing himself as a criminal defense powerhouse.
Jack brings the full extent of his Brooklyn-raised aggression to the zealous representation of his clients and has never backed down from a bully nor a challenge. With two decades of experience, there is very little Jack has not seen during his career.
Now, as part of Weinstein Legal Team’s specialized Criminal Defense Division, Jack defends against all felony and misdemeanor allegations. He has multiple defense jury verdicts under his belt and is a Broward County Trial Lawyers Association 2022 recipient of their highly sought-after Hat Trick Award for winning at least three defense verdicts in a row within one year. Jack was acknowledged with a similar feat in 2021 when he was awarded the Broward Public Defender Triple Crown Award.
Jack has maintained memberships with the National Italian American Bar Association, Broward County Trial Lawyers Association and Florida Justice Association as well as being a Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Fort Lauderdale’s Finest Honoree. Jack is also a staunch Second Amendment proponent and advocate.
