She served as President of the NSU Trial Association and competed in national trial advocacy competitions, gaining practical experience in case preparation, courtroom presentation, and legal argument.
After law school, Jesenia began her legal career as a Public Defender. Representing clients in the criminal justice system gave her meaningful experience navigating high-stakes cases and reinforced the importance of thorough preparation, clear communication, and a defense tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Now, as part of Weinstein Legal Team, Jesenia brings that same focused approach to defending clients throughout Florida. Her background in trial advocacy and public defense allows her to approach each case with both skill and a strong understanding of what is at stake for the people she represents.
