Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced Criminal Defense Attorney to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role for someone who thrives in the courtroom, connects well with clients, and is motivated by performance-based earnings.

Responsibilities
- Handle active criminal cases across multiple counties
- Appear in court regularly (some travel required)
- Speak with and sign new clients (including after-hours opportunities)
- Be part of a team that expects urgency, responsiveness, and results
This is not a passive role. This is a “the more you put in, the more you make” role.
Compensation (Sky is the limit)
We offer a strong base salary plus aggressive performance incentives:
- Base Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
- Bonus opportunities every day
- Bonus opportunities for signing Personal Injury Cases
- Additional incentives for production and performance
Our top performers are not capped. If you want a ceiling, this isn’t your place.
What you MUST be comfortable with
- Travel: You will handle cases in multiple counties.
- After-Hours Opportunities: Some of the best cases come in nights/weekends
- Fast Pace: Clients expect responsiveness, urgency, and attention to their case.
- Client Personalities: high-stress, emotional clients, from all walks of life at some of their lowest points in their lives. We are there to protect them and advocate for them.

- Licensed Florida Attorney
- Criminal defense and/or prosecution experience needed
- Strong courtroom presence and confidence
- Ability to connect with clients and close cases
- Highly responsive (calls, texts, leads)
- Competitive, driven, and accountable
