Morgan O'Neal

Morgan O’Neal is a dynamic force at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and compassion, currently serving as the Social Media Specialist and Executive Assistant at Weinstein Legal Team.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Morgan was immersed in visual storytelling from an early age—thanks to her mother and aunt, both professional photographers. She earned her degree in Psychology with a minor in English from the University of Georgia in just three years, launching a career that would take her across industries, disciplines, and continents.

She began as a crisis counselor in Boston during the pandemic, worked in luxury real estate, and ran a mental health blog for a private counseling practice in Atlanta. She later lived in Spain while supporting an AI tech company connected to the Department of Defense, and most recently was recognized as a Writing Expert for Outlier.ai, where she leveraged her high-caliber technical writing skills to help humanize artificial intelligence.

Morgan also pursued additional schooling to become a licensed medical aesthetician—proof of her drive to take on any role that helps others better themselves, whether physically, mentally, or emotionally. From supporting NFL families and C-suite executives to planning large-scale events and coordinating high-level travel, she brings over five years of elite-level operations experience to her current role.

Though social media wasn’t her original area of study, Morgan has been in front of and behind the camera her entire life, making her uniquely equipped to craft content that resonates. Her creative intuition, paired with her organizational strength, makes her an invaluable asset behind the scenes and online.
