Myles T. Smith serves as a PIP Litigation Paralegal at Weinstein Legal Team, where he supports the firm’s attorneys through the preparation of legal documents, coordination of hearings and depositions, legal research, and client communication. With over a decade of experience in the legal field, Myles brings a strong foundation in litigation support, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork.
Before joining Weinstein Legal Team, Myles worked as a foreclosure legal assistant for eight years, following his start in the legal industry as a filing clerk. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Johnson & Wales University, where he was also inducted into the university’s Hall of Fame for basketball—a reflection of his discipline, focus, and leadership.
Born in Columbus, Ohio and raised in Davie, Florida, Myles is passionate about making a difference both professionally and in his community. Outside of work, he dedicates his time to training young athletes, coaching basketball for children ages 5 to 18. He also enjoys fitness and finds peace during evening visits to the beach.
