Susana Ocando is a bilingual PIP Litigation Assistant with over two years of experience supporting attorneys in personal injury protection (PIP) litigation. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she works behind the scenes to manage case files, draft legal documents, and maintain seamless organization across every stage of the litigation process.

Susana earned her degree in Legal Studies from Nova Southeastern University, where she built a strong foundation in legal research, litigation support, and procedural law. Her academic training, paired with her hands-on experience, has shaped her into a dependable and detail-oriented team member.

Before starting her legal career, Susana worked at Starbucks throughout her undergraduate years. That experience taught her the value of adaptability, time management, and teamwork—skills she now brings into every aspect of her role in the legal field.
