At Weinstein Legal Team, we believe in the power of community and are proud to support organizations that create meaningful change. One cause close to our hearts is the work of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of individuals living with cystic fibrosis (CF).
Cystic fibrosis is a genetic disorder that affects the lungs, pancreas, and other organs, creating daily challenges for those who live with it. The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is leading the charge to find a cure and ensure all people with CF can lead long, fulfilling lives. Their efforts include funding groundbreaking research, advancing specialized care, and fostering a strong, supportive CF community. They are also committed to equity, racial justice, diversity, and inclusion, making their work even more impactful.
This year, we were honored to serve as an annual Community Champion Sponsor for the Broward County Great Strides event. Mara Castro, the Development Director at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and a mother of a child with CF, shared how our continued support is making a difference.
