Supporting our community is a priority for us, and we are thrilled to share our participation in the Peanut Butter and Jelly Project's (PB&J Project) Back 2 School Backpack Giveaway. We sponsored the event and our team worked it.
On July 28th, 2024, from 11 am to 6 pm at Sunrise Middle School, we joined the PB&J Project to provide 2000 backpacks filled with essential school supplies to children in need. The event also offered free haircuts, hair braiding, and a hot meal, ensuring kids felt prepared and confident for the upcoming school year.
The PB&J Project’s mission resonates deeply with us. They believe hunger is not a crime and that all children deserve equal educational opportunities and supplies. Their efforts to support working-class families, homeless veterans, and underprivileged children are truly inspirational. With 100% of donations and supplies going directly to the children, it was an honor to support such a meaningful cause.
